What is the cost or fees, and what is included?
We are proud to offer transparent and straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Our fees are determined based on individual partnership agreements tailored to your unique staffing needs. For example, if one of our employees completes their temp-to-hire hours over consecutive weeks, there are no additional buyout or conversion fees. Our fees include employees’ compensation, government taxes, workers’ compensation, and general processing fees. We encourage you to contact our local branch manager, who will gladly discuss the details, or to learn more about our new client promotions.
Do you pay the employee, and we pay you?
Yes, that is correct. We handle all employee payments until you officially hire them and place them on your payroll. During this period, you will be invoiced weekly, as we also pay our employees weekly.
How do you find your employees?
We have an extensive industry network and constantly interview and recruit top-quality candidates. Staffing, recruiting, and payroll are our areas of expertise. We absorb the cost of posting on numerous job boards and maintain a robust candidate referral program to ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
How do you break down the invoices?
You will receive a detailed weekly invoice that includes the employee’s name, property name, and the number of hours worked by our employees. Before invoicing, a member of your team will have the opportunity to review and approve all time cards in advance.
Payroll Services: How much is the payroll fee?
The payroll fee varies depending on several factors, including the state or location, the type of position, mandated benefits, and workers’ compensation costs. We assume liability for employees on our payroll, which means the fee is adjusted according to the specific requirements and risks associated with each position.
What if I decide not to hire the payrolled employee? What happens?
That is no problem; you are not obligated to hire an employee from us. However, if the candidate is not the right fit, we are happy to offer a replacement without starting the hours over again. Please let us know if you have decided to move in a different direction. Transparent communication is key to our partnership; we value your feedback and decisions.
